MY HERO PROGRAM - CLASS IX

The "My Hero" program in Delhi Public School, KPV is an initiative designed to foster positive character development, inspire students through role models, and encourage a sense of community and personal growth.
On 12th December 2025, students of class IX witnessed the “My Hero” program, where parents were invited to all the sections to take sessions with students. They shared their life experiences and motivated the students to do their best. “Welcome” cards were given to the guest parents by the class monitors.
By celebrating and learning from their heroes, students gain valuable insights into what it means to be a good person and an active, positive member of their community. Despite some challenges, the benefits of such a program can have a lasting impact on student's lives, encouraging them to strive for excellence and embody the virtues of their heroes.
• IX A: Mr. Madhukar delivered an inspiring talk on the power of sustained focus and the importance of thoughtful career planning, encouraging students to align their aspirations with their strengths.
• IX B: Mr. Surendra guided students on effectively managing stress and optimising their time, sharing practical strategies to maintain balance and productivity.
• IX C: Mr. Rahul engaged the learners with valuable insights into essential life skills, reinforcing how disciplined time management can shape success.
• IX D: Mr. Ashish motivated students to identify a clear life goal and commit themselves wholeheartedly to its pursuit, emphasising perseverance and dedication.
• IX E: Ms. Tandra spoke on the profound impact of positive manifestation, illustrating how a constructive mindset can influence one’s achievements and overall well-being.
• IX F: Mr. Ranjesh shared his enriching life experiences and urged the students never to stop dreaming, reminding them that aspirations fuel progress.
• IX G: Mr. Suhail conducted an informative session on opportunities in the defence sector, providing clarity and guidance to students interested in this noble career path.
The event was successfully implemented. Parents were excited and happy to be part of such an event.

भारतीय भाषा उत्सव 2025 (CBSE द्वारा)

विषय : भारतीय भाषाओं की एकता — बहुभाषीय अभिव्यक्ति के माध्यम से

दिनांक : 10 दिसम्बर 2025

स्थान : विद्यालय कक्षा

• परिचय :

केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार हमारे विद्यालय दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल, नॉलेज पार्क -v में कक्षा 6 से 9 तक के विद्यार्थियों ने 10 दिसम्बर 2025 को “भारतीय भाषा उत्सव 2025” को बड़े उत्साह और गरिमा के साथ मनाया। कक्षा-वार सभी गतिविधियों का सुचारू एवं सफलतापूर्वक क्रियान्वयन किया गया।

उत्सव का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में भारत की भाषाई विविधता, साहित्य, और सांस्कृतिक एकता के प्रति सम्मान एवं समझ विकसित करना था।

• कक्षा 6 से 9 की गतिविधियाँ -

• कक्षा 6 : संवैधानिक भाषा में ‘नमस्कार’ लेखन

कक्षा 6 के विद्यार्थियों ने भारत की विविध भाषाओं—हिंदी, बंगाली, गुजराती, तमिल, पंजाबी आदि—में ‘नमस्कार’ लिखने का कार्य किया। इस गतिविधि के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों ने संवैधानिक भाषाओं की समृद्धि एवं बहुलता को निकट से जाना।

• कक्षा 7: प्रांतानुसार वेशभूषा के साथ लोकगीत या कविता प्रस्तुति-

छात्रों ने हिंदी, बंगाली, तमिल, मराठी इत्यादि भाषाओं में लोकगीत प्रस्तुत कर ‘वसुधैव

कुटुम्बकम’ को सच्चे अर्थों में सार्थक बनाया।

• कक्षा 8: प्रांतानुसार वेशभूषा के साथ लोककथा प्रस्तुति -

छात्रों ने हिंदी, संस्कृत, तमिल, उर्दू इत्यादि भाषाओं में संवाद प्रस्तुत कर एकता में

विविधता का संदेश दिया।

• कक्षा 9: समाचार वाचन -

कक्षा 9 के विद्यार्थियों ने विभिन्न भाषाओं के सुप्रसिद्ध कवियों एवं साहित्यकारों के संबंध में

समाचार-वाचन शैली में प्रस्तुति दी, जो अत्यंत ज्ञानवर्धक एवं सराहनीय रही।

समापन -

कार्यक्रम अत्यंत सफल रहा। विद्यार्थियों ने न केवल भारतीय भाषाओं की विविधता को जाना, बल्कि यह भी अनुभव किया कि भाषा किसी देश की पहचान और समृद्ध संस्कृति का आधार होती है।

ASTRONOMY CLUB SESSION

An Astronomy Club activity was conducted on 6 December 2025 at Delhi Public School, Knowledge Park–5, Greater Noida. The session was led by Mr. Shahrukh, an astronomer from SPACE India, and included both modules—Astronomy Day Preparation I (Krittika) and II (Kalpana), taken together.
The objective of the session was to prepare students for the finale Astronomy Day event. Students actively participated in planning discussions, rehearsed their roles for exhibits and presentations, and finalized ideas related to invitations and promotions. The session was interactive and encouraged teamwork, creativity, and confidence building.
Out of 58 enrolled students, 50 students participated enthusiastically. The activity helped students strengthen their understanding of astronomy concepts while developing organizational and communication skills.
Overall, the session was productive, contributing effectively to the successful preparation for the upcoming Astronomy Day finale.
